How to Order
There are two methods to order from Quality Marine Life, order which ever method you like.
Online - Quality Marine uses a totally secure shopping cart.

How do I order online?
To shop online, you simply add selections to your shopping cart using the "order now"
button on every product page. You may see what's currently in your cart by clicking the
"View Cart" link on any page.
Check Out -
Once you've reviewed your order, there are 4-parts to the final check out process.
Help is available at every step.
"Shipping Information" - is where all the shipping information is put in for your order.
"Payment Information" - is where all the payment information is placed for your order.
"Review Order" - is where your final review of all information and your order takes place.
"Place Order" - is where your order is sent to Quality Marine Life.
Backorders
In the case your selection should go out of stock after you placed your order, we will ship -
one time at no additional shipping charge to you - any items arriving in stock within two
weeks of your original order. You will receive an e-mail and a phone call the day your
backorder ships so you can make arrangements to be available for your orders arrival.
Backordered items unable to ship during this two week period may be cancelled and your
order total adjusted accordingly. Customers will be contacted prior to the expiration of the
order to confirm cancellation or to discuss available substitutions.
Substitutions
It's our policy never to automatically substitute a species if what you requested is
unavailable. We may substitute size though, either up or down 1 size, if necessary to ship
you the best quality specimen we have. We work closely with our customers and all our
suppliers to ensure you receive exactly what you want. If your selection is out of stock, feel
free to discuss alternates with one of our aquatic specialists.

aquatic life, not all species are available at all times. New
shipments arrive at our facilities daily, and every day
specimens that have successfully passed our thorough
